Outlaws and Bandits Hunt

There are quite a few Wild West Roleplay sims out there to explore in Second Life. How hard is it to find clothing that works for these places, that are 19th century appropriate? Even harder....you want to be the outlaw or bandit who robs the citizens and common folk, but doesn't want to look in their Sunday best while doing it? Here's a way to help get some of the best outlaw type clothing designers names out there! 

Requirements for entrance to the hunt:

-Items MUST be original creations. Absolutely no items that were copybotted, resale or anything similar. Sculpt maps, scripts and textures may be used if purchased and you have the proper permissions to resell these items in the proper form.

-No paintings or textures can be given away as the hunt gift. 

-Hunt gift items must be sold for 0L. Any stores found to be selling the hunt item will be removed from the listing of stores in the hunt, and their landmark removed from the items. You may however create an item and sell for however much in relation to the hunt, but the hunt gift item must stay at 0L sale.

-All applications pictures and hunt ideas from stores must be submitted by October 31st at the absolute latest. If you do not feel that you can reach this deadline of submitting an image for the hunt, please contact MJ Haigh. NO applications will be accepted after this time.

-List of stores including landmarks and slurls will be posted here on the blog the December 1st, the first day of the hunt. The hunt will run through December 20th.

-Hints/Location for the hunt gift must be submitted to MJ Haigh, once the area has been chosen, no later than the first day of the hunt.

-This hunt is not meant to be frustrating to the hunters, so no hiding the prize in ceilings and corners that are impossible to locate. Item must be hidden within 30 meters of the entrance. If the item takes more than 15 minutes to locate, the hunt looses its fun. 

-If your store is located in a mall, please ensure you can create direct teleport to the store.  Original store locations will be preferred.

-The hunt item itself should be able to be worn/used in the 19th century, male or female items, or both if you'd like. This typically means no breasts or stomach were shown much (if at all.)

Currently we are taking applications for Stores to sign up and be accepted into the Hunt until October 31st.

You must send a NOTECARD with the following information to the hunt organizer, MJ Haigh (in Second Life).

We are limiting the number of entries to 40 stores.

Once the notecard is recieved you will be added to the Outlaws and Bandits Hunt group to the avatar specified on your application. You MUST join the group to be a part of the hunt, even if you choose to have another avatar accept the tag.

Please rename the notecard to "OBH - (SL NAME) - (STORE)" < --- VERY IMPORTANT!!!
